About the Role
Micro1 is engaging SysML v2 experts for a customer project on AI training and evaluation. You turn engineering requirements into accurate textual models and judge the quality of AI-generated ones.
What You'll Do
- Translate engineering requirements into accurate SysML v2 textual models with traceability.
- Build reference solutions and exemplar architectures as benchmarks for AI evaluation.
- Create, refine and document rubrics for assessing AI-generated SysML v2 models.
- Review models and give structured feedback on accuracy and modeling best practices.
- Analyze requirements, ConOps, ICDs and architecture specs, and collaborate asynchronously.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in systems engineering with hands-on SysML v2 textual modeling.
- Understanding of requirements engineering, system architecture, interface control and traceability.
- Experience with ConOps, ICDs and similar artifacts.
- Strong technical writing and remote communication.
- Plus: aerospace, defense, automotive, maritime or communications background, rubric or model review experience, AI/ML exposure.
Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role, fully remote. Pay $55-$120 per hour. Screening asks start date, expected hourly rate, weekly availability and whether you have hands-on SysML v2 textual modeling experience.
