Methodology

  • Source: the pay shown on each open role listed on SOJI (Mercor and Micro1). This is the pay the platform advertises, not what workers actually earn.
  • Only roles with pay shown, in US dollars per hour, are included. Roles without pay are left out.
  • Duplicates are removed: roles that share the same application link count once.
  • For each role we use the midpoint of its pay range. The typical range is the middle 50% of those midpoints (25th to 75th percentile). The top 10% is the 90th percentile of the highest pay of each role.
  • A field, platform or group appears only when it has at least 5 roles, and every row shows its sample size.
  • The numbers are recalculated automatically (about every 5 minutes) as roles open and close. Last calculation: October 13, 2026.

What this does not tell you

Advertised pay can change and often depends on your country, experience and the project. It does not include unpaid assessment time. Always confirm the details on the platform before you apply.
