What SOJI is
SOJI is an independent job board focused on one thing: remote AI training, RLHF, and model evaluation roles. We track platforms like Mercor and Micro1 so you don't have to check a dozen sites every day.
How the referral model works
Some listings on SOJI link to referral or affiliate programs run by the hiring platforms. If you apply and get hired through one of these links, SOJI may receive a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you, and it never changes which jobs we list, how we describe them, or how we rank them.
Why we do it this way
Running a free job board takes time and money. Referral commissions let us keep every job listing and guide free to read, with no paywalls or logins required.
Our commitment
We only list roles we believe are real and currently open. If a listing expires or is removed by the platform, we take it down. If you spot an outdated listing, let us know.
