Photo and Visual Editors

About the Role

This contractor project asks working photo editors, picture editors, visual editors and retouchers to judge image quality, accuracy and fit for purpose, helping train AI systems with professional judgment.

What You'll Do

• Compare sets of images and choose the strongest for a given purpose
• Assess exposure, focus, color, noise and cropping
• Flag images altered in ways that change what they show
• Check that captions and descriptions match the image
• Write a short explanation for each decision
• Correct or retouch images following a brief

Requirements

• Professional experience as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer
• Daily use of tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One
• Experience delivering images for print, web, social, broadcast or brand work
• Clear written English

Compensation & Logistics

Contractor role, fully remote and open worldwide. Pay is $50-$105 per hour.
