Corporate Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

What You'll Do

• Review corporate documents, contracts and deal structures in M&A, private equity and capital markets
• Give input on nuanced legal scenario assessments
• Evaluate commercial litigation materials
• Provide feedback on reasoning, issue spotting and drafting
• Annotate and categorize legal datasets and align with reviewers on rubrics asynchronously

Requirements

• Active licence to practice law in the United States
• Recent experience (within 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm in corporate, M&A, PE or capital markets
• Commercial litigation and high-value transaction expertise
• Drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Annotation or rubric review experience is a plus

Compensation & Logistics

Pay: $140-$400 per hour. Contractor, remote. Screening includes choosing your primary practice area. Contractor role with flexible, remote work. Applicants answer screening questions (start date, expected hourly rate, weekly availability), complete an AI interview and a profile review, then go through onboarding.
