Senior Cargo Condition and Securing Surveyor

About the Role

Micro1 is looking for senior surveyors with expertise in cargo condition, including refrigerated and temperature-controlled cargo and securing.

What You'll Do

• Apply your cargo surveying expertise to review, label or write data used to train and evaluate AI models
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards so that each submission is accurate and consistent
• Flag unclear cases and give clear written reasoning where the project asks for it
• Review cargo damage, loading and securing scenarios

Requirements

• Background in one of: reefer or frozen cargo damage surveying; hatch-cover or wet-damage claims; container loading, export inspection or securing; finished-vehicle or rail auto-ramp claims; food transport quality or sanitary trailer acceptance
• Commit to at least 10 hours per week, including weekends if desired

Compensation & Logistics

Pay is hourly, in the range of $20-$60/hr, and the final rate depends on your experience. The application asks for your expected hourly rate in USD, how many hours per week you can work, and how soon you can start. The work is remote and project-based. A 10 hours per week minimum applies.
