About the Role
micro1 is engaging experienced Rates traders to support a project for a leading investment bank's algorithmic trading desk. Your market expertise helps train next-generation AI trading systems — no prior AI experience required.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for rates products against real market dynamics
- Assess realism and market viability of outputs on interest rate swaps, swaptions, Treasury futures, Eurodollar/SOFR and repo instruments
- Provide structured, actionable commentary on algorithmic strategies and decision rationale
- Identify where AI recommendations diverge from actual trading desk practices
- Suggest improvements to increase strategy realism
