Micro1 is seeking current or former military Fighter Pilots and Weapons Systems Officers for an AI development project on military operations and decision-making. You use operational experience to assess tactical accuracy and improve AI reasoning and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving fighter aviation, combat operations and tactical decisions
- Assess the accuracy and realism of mission planning, air-to-air and air-to-ground operations and weapons employment
- Review responses for operational accuracy, sound reasoning and alignment with military procedures and Rules of Engagement
- Give clear written feedback based on real-world experience
Requirements
- Current or former military Fighter Pilot or WSO, ideally on F-16, F/A-18, F-15, F-35, A-10 or comparable aircraft
- Strong knowledge of military aviation tactics, mission planning and weapons systems
- Experience in operational missions, tactical training or combat deployments
- Ability to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing
Compensation & Logistics
Contractor pay is $40-$80/hour. Fully remote, open worldwide.
