Computer and Information Systems Managers

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Computer and Information Systems Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. You will apply your real-world expertise in directing information systems, coordinating technical teams and overseeing enterprise technology operations to judge AI-generated content and workflows, giving expert feedback that helps make the models more accurate and reliable.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, technical standards, incident responses and other IT management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI responses head-to-head on operational soundness, technical rigor and cross-team feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving system prioritization, vendor coordination, technical support and team assignment and provide expert feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an IT Manager, Information Systems Manager, IT Director, Application Development Director, Technical Services Manager or a closely related IT management role.
• Experience directing or coordinating electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis or programming teams.
• Able to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Logistics

• Pay: $70-$110 per hour. Payment starts task-based: you are paid when your first task is approved, and experts who complete that first task within the required timeline then qualify for hourly pay for the rest of the project.
• Start date: immediate. Duration: approximately 4-6 weeks.
• Location: fully remote, with eligibility limited to candidates in the USA.
