About the Role
Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to train frontier models on life and annuity reasoning. We're looking for Life & Annuity producers, advisors, underwriters and policy-service professionals to design realistic advisory and underwriting scenarios for AI training.
What You'll Do
- Design scenarios covering needs analysis, product selection, illustrations, medical/financial underwriting, table ratings, replacements, 1035 exchanges, policy loans and surrenders
- Produce coverage recommendations and reference answers
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs against industry standards
Requirements
- Experience as a life/annuity producer, advisor, underwriter, or policy-service professional at a carrier, BGA, IMO or independent practice
Compensation & Logistics
- Flat $800 for onboarding (~10 hours), then $80/hour
- Remote — United States, Canada, UK, and several other eligible countries
