About the Role
Mercor is hiring practicing Primary Care Physicians on behalf of a healthcare AI partner building clinical documentation and decision-support tools. You'll review, annotate and evaluate clinical documentation, shaping the accuracy and safety of medical AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Review clinical notes, encounter summaries and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness
- Evaluate AI-generated notes against what a practicing PCP would document
- Annotate encounter data against detailed guidelines; flag omissions, hallucinations and inaccuracies
- Provide structured written feedback for engineering and product teams
- Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines
Requirements
- Currently practicing primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine MD
Compensation & Logistics
- $170/hour
- Remote — United States only
