About the Role
Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to train frontier models on commercial insurance reasoning. We're looking for Commercial Insurance Brokers and Risk Advisors — retail or wholesale brokers, producers, account executives — to help design realistic client-advisory and placement scenarios for AI training.
What You'll Do
- Design scenarios covering exposure identification, coverage recommendations, submissions, marketing, placement, renewals and client servicing
- Produce coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, proposal analyses and client recommendations
- Write reference answers and evaluate AI outputs against industry standards
Requirements
- Experience advising small businesses, middle-market, or large national accounts on commercial insurance
Compensation & Logistics
- Flat $800 for onboarding (~10 hours), then $80/hour
- Remote — United States, Canada, UK, and several other eligible countries
