Multilingual Primary Care Physician (MD) — Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation
About the Role
A healthcare AI partner is building clinical documentation and decision-support tools, and needs currently practicing outpatient physicians to review, annotate and evaluate documentation. This is a multilingual cohort: English plus one other language at C1 or above.
What You'll Do
- Review outpatient notes, encounter summaries and EHR documentation for accuracy, completeness and soundness
- Compare AI-generated notes to what a practicing PCP would document
- Annotate encounter data against detailed guidelines
- Flag omissions, hallucinations and clinical inaccuracies, with structured written feedback
- Contribute to guidelines and edge-case definitions
Requirements
- MD with 2+ years post-residency, currently practicing primary care, family medicine or general internal medicine
- US-based
- Direct experience writing outpatient clinical notes
- C1+ speaking, listening and writing in a second language (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Russian, Haitian Creole, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German and many others)
- At least 10 hours per week
- Preferred: 5+ years post-residency, Epic, CDI or note auditing, prior AI annotation, documenting care in another language
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $170-$190 per hour
- Part-time, minimum 10 hours per week, flexible around clinical practice
- Remote, US-based only
