About the Role
Mercor is running a paid study with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and member experiences. It wants input from licensed health insurance agents and brokers who sell Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, to inform AI tools that help plans and agents serve members.
What You'll Do
- Complete a structured online survey of about 20 minutes
- Answer multiple-choice questions and give short voice-recorded responses
- Share how you advise, enroll and serve clients in Medicare Advantage plans
- Submit within the given timeline
Requirements
- Licensed health insurance agent or broker who personally enrolls clients in Medicare Advantage
- Sold MA plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period
- Independent agent, agency owner/principal, agency-employed or tele-sales agent (captive single-carrier employees are not eligible)
- Based in the United States
- Microphone and a quiet environment for voice responses
