micro1 is engaging Swiss German Transcription Experts to support a customer's project focused on high-quality audio transcription. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

What You'll Do

  • Transcribe audio samples in Swiss German or English with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines and best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality transcripts.
  • Identify and annotate linguistic nuances, speaker changes, and contextual cues present in the audio data.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other experts to clarify requirements and address ambiguities.
  • Review and edit transcripts as needed to ensure linguistic and grammatical precision.
  • Provide feedback to improve transcription processes and quality standards.
  • Deliver completed transcription assignments within agreed timelines and according to project specifications.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Swiss German, with strong comprehension of regional accents and dialects.
  • Proven experience in professional-level audio transcription, ideally involving Swiss German or multilingual audio content.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver error-free transcripts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating care for linguistic accuracy and clear expression.
  • Familiarity with AI training, linguistic annotation, or machine learning projects is a plus.
  • Experience handling confidential audio material with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, digital environment, managing time and deliverables efficiently.
