Which files can I send?
PDF or DOCX up to 5 MB, or pasted text. Legacy .doc files, macro-enabled files and password-protected files are not accepted.
What does the score mean?
It summarises best-practice checks of format, structure, contact details, experience and language. Remote and AI fit is a separate indicator. It is not a prediction of employer decisions or interviews.
What does the paid rewrite include?
After the free guided steps, you can choose paid PDF export and a final review. Confirm your document’s details before sending it.
How are jobs selected?
We use rules to match country, language, role and other preferences against open SOJI roles, and show the reasons. This is not a hiring prediction and suitable roles may not be available.
What happens to my CV and how can I delete it?
You can request deletion from your result page. For a free analysis, the file and extracted text are deleted 7 days after the result. A purchase updates that deadline to up to 14 days after payment, and delivery to 7 days after delivery. The remaining record is anonymised after 30 days, counted from submission if unpaid or delivery if paid. Billing data has separate retention. See the privacy policy for detailed retention periods.
When do I see the price and delivery time?
