## About the Role
Micro1 is seeking current or former military Weapons Systems Operators for an AI project on military operations, weapons employment and tactical decision-making. Your firsthand experience is used to find inaccuracies in AI-generated scenarios.

## What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI scenarios involving air defense, missile systems, naval weapons or tactical aviation
- Assess operational realism, weapons employment decisions and mission procedures
- Check alignment with Rules of Engagement and the Law of Armed Conflict
- Flag unrealistic assumptions and technical or operational errors in clear written feedback

## Requirements
- Current or former military weapons systems operator with hands-on air defense, missile, naval combat systems or tactical aviation experience
- Experience with systems such as Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS or comparable platforms is highly desirable
- Strong grasp of weapons employment and tactical decision-making
- Clear written explanation of technical concepts; deployments, live-fire experience or instructor experience are a plus

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role paid $40-$80 per hour. Fully remote; no location restriction is stated. Selection: apply and answer the screening questions, then a role-specific AI interview where required, a profile review and onboarding with the Talent Ops team.
