## About the Role
Mercor is looking for experienced Turkish linguistic experts for an AI research project run with a leading research lab. The work focuses on judging how well a large language model handles Turkish-language tasks and on curating high-quality Turkish data that helps the model understand and write the language better.

## What You'll Do
- Rate the quality and accuracy of model-written Turkish text across uses such as translation, summarization, dialogue and grammar correction
- Edit or rewrite Turkish content so it meets linguistic and cultural standards
- Annotate Turkish text for grammatical, syntactic and semantic features
- Spot model errors and language gaps, and work with AI researchers on fixes
- Give detailed linguistic feedback that guides further training

## Requirements
- Native or near-native Turkish fluency with strong command of grammar, syntax and style
- Professional background in translation, editing, linguistic annotation or NLP data work in Turkish
- Good grasp of nuance, regional variation and context-appropriate usage
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for unnatural phrasing
- Clear communication and experience in distributed remote teams
- Interest in AI and LLM technology is a plus, not required
