## About the Role
Micro1 is selecting Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Experts for a customer's AI training initiative. The work rewards practical judgment from people who have personally configured CRMs and the revenue tools around them; no prior AI experience is required.

## What You'll Do
- Work through realistic operations scenarios such as CRM configuration, workflow design and integration tradeoffs, explaining your reasoning
- Resolve conflicts between operational policies: which rule wins, why, and what you would leave unchanged
- Diagnose data problems across connected systems (duplicates, mismatched numbers, inconsistent definitions) and find root causes
- Explain what makes a workflow get adopted or worked around by sales and CS teams
- Flag ambiguous or underspecified scenarios instead of resolving them silently

## Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on in sales, revenue or customer success operations in SaaS
- Personally configured and maintained a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, not just requested changes from another team
- Hands-on experience with at least two connected tools such as quoting, billing, ticketing or project tracking
- Strong operational judgment and the ability to explain reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role paid $40-$85 per hour. Remote, restricted to the US or Canada. The project is already active and candidates are being onboarded now. Selection: apply and answer the screening questions, then a role-specific AI interview where required, a profile review and onboarding with the Talent Ops team.
