Mercor is hiring Hindi-speaking music producers to rate and label AI-generated songs for a leading AI lab. Remote, $14-$42/h.

## About the Role
Mercor is working with a leading AI lab to evaluate generative music models. You will judge AI-made music across many genres against detailed quality standards, working in Hindi and English.

## What You'll Do
- Compare AI-generated songs head to head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality and mix quality
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals and other traits
- Check AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy

## Requirements
- Native or near-native Hindi, plus the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
- 2+ years as a music producer, audio engineer or mixing engineer
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
- Nice to have: formal training in performance, theory or composition; credited or released production work; familiarity with contemporary Hindi genres and artists

## Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $14-$42/h. The role is paid hourly now; it may move to per-task pay during the project, with the effective hourly rate kept the same
- Most experts work about 20 hours per week; there is no cap
- Start: immediate, for up to 6 months; fully remote
