## About the Role
Micro1 is seeking current or former military professionals with firsthand operational experience for an AI project on military operations, tactical decision-making and international humanitarian law. You will evaluate AI scenarios and give expert feedback.

## What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated military scenarios for operational realism, tactical accuracy and sound decisions
- Review planning, combat operations, targeting and weapons employment scenarios
- Assess application of Rules of Engagement, Law of Armed Conflict and operational constraints
- Identify inaccuracies and provide clear, structured written feedback

## Requirements
- Operational experience in areas such as infantry, Special Operations Forces, combat aviation, artillery, targeting, air defense, naval operations or military intelligence
- Strong understanding of military operations and tactical planning
- Ability to assess complex scenarios and write findings clearly
- Combat deployments, command, weapons specialization or instructional experience are desirable; ROE/LOAC familiarity is a plus

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role paid $40-$80 per hour. Fully remote; no location restriction is stated. Selection: apply and answer the screening questions, then a role-specific AI interview where required, a profile review and onboarding with the Talent Ops team.
