## About the Role

## What You'll Do
- Create and solve rigorous scientific problems in your area.
- Build reproducible Python analyses, models, simulations or data workflows.
- Review scientific solutions and code for correctness, clarity and completeness.

## Requirements
- PhD, MD or master's degree with substantial life sciences research experience.
- Research background shown by publications, thesis, computational projects or industry work.
- Practical Python for scientific computing, with tools like NumPy, pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn or Jupyter.

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role, about 15 hours per week, fully remote and global with flexible hours including weekends. Listed pay is $60-$120 per hour, but compensation is output-based: experts are paid per task meeting project specifications, and minimum weekly submissions apply.
