## About the Role

## What You'll Do
- Listen to Korean audio clips and rate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
- Assess pronunciation, intonation and linguistic authenticity against the project guidelines.
- Write short, clear English feedback that explains the key linguistic factors behind each rating.
- Justify every evaluation in detail so results stay consistent across reviewers.
- Work with project coordinators to clear up ambiguities in the guidelines or language content.
- Help improve model quality in Korean understanding and generation by meeting quality and deadline targets.

## Requirements
- Professional fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Experience navigating multilingual contexts.
- Background in translation, linguistic quality evaluation or language instruction.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with linguistic subtleties and cultural context.
- Prior AI, data annotation or content localization work is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent quality in a remote engagement.

## Compensation & Logistics
