## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging Investment Banking Associates to contribute domain expertise to a high-impact customer project. Your input helps train next-generation AI systems by shaping how models learn, reason and perform on real-world financial work.

## What You'll Do
- Evaluate and annotate complex financial materials, transaction documents and case studies to enrich AI learning datasets
- Draft, review and edit deliverables such as pitchbooks, valuation models and market analysis summaries
- Simulate and document realistic investment scenarios and deal processes
- Give detailed written feedback on AI-generated financial content, focusing on precision, relevance and professionalism
- Curate and synthesize financial data to support scenario creation and decision-making exercises
- Collaborate virtually with project coordinators so deliverables meet project guidelines and client expectations

## Requirements
- Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate (any level), a 2nd-year+ Analyst, or an equivalent Sales & Trading role
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation and deal execution
- Ability to interpret financial statements, transaction documents and market data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage several deliverables against milestones
- Familiarity with industry documentation, regulatory considerations and deal structuring
