## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging Intelligence Analysts for a customer-facing project evaluating and advancing AI capabilities. Your analytic expertise shapes how models reason; no prior AI experience is required.

## What You'll Do
- Develop and map analytic cases to defined taxonomies across evaluation areas
- Author complex test cases on source handling, analytic rigor and expressing uncertainty
- Grade AI responses on reasoning, source use, recognition of limitations and practical utility
- Flag cases where the model over-refuses legitimate analytic work
- Document edge cases and analytic disagreements, and help refine source evaluation and confidence-level procedures

## Requirements
- All-source analytic experience or deep expertise in an analytic discipline, ideally with a civilian intelligence-community background
- Proficiency in source evaluation, confidence-level assessment and analytic standards
- Experience teaching, mentoring or leading analytic reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with structured analytic techniques and tradecraft
- Prior AI evaluation experience is a plus

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role paid $30-$80 per hour. Fully remote; no location restriction is stated. Selection: apply and answer the screening questions, then a role-specific AI interview where required, a profile review and onboarding with the Talent Ops team.
