Mercor is hiring board-certified infectious disease physicians to judge AI answers to infectious disease questions against de-identified patient charts. Remote, US only, $200/h.

## About the Role
Mercor is working with a leading AI lab to evaluate health AI models. As a physician reviewer you read de-identified patient charts and judge AI answers to clinical questions in infectious disease.

## What You'll Do
- Assess AI answers to infectious disease questions for clinical accuracy, safety and alignment with current standards of care
- Check each answer against the patient chart and choose the stronger of two responses
- Write structured rationales on clinical rigor, completeness and clarity
- Flag errors that could compromise patient safety

## Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified in ABIM Infectious Disease through an ABMS member board or the AOA
- Active, unrestricted US medical license; residency complete, plus fellowship where the specialty requires one
- Currently practicing and seeing patients in the US, with at least 1 year of independent practice after training (3+ years strongly preferred)
- Clear written communication and close attention to detail

## Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $200/h
- Remote, flexible part-time hours (about 20 hours per week); immediate start
