## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging Human Intelligence Collectors for a specialized customer project. The ideal candidate has a background in complex interviewing or intelligence collection and can read subtle verbal and behavioral cues. No prior AI experience is required.

## What You'll Do
- Conduct or assess structured elicitation and interview sessions to gather accurate, relevant information
- Build rapport without pressure or coercion
- Analyze responses in real time, reading tone, pacing and nonverbal cues, and adjust questioning
- Assess consistency, reliability and possible evasiveness, with a confidence rating for each interaction
- Annotate emotional and motivational drivers and document reasoning clearly
- Score or annotate sessions against a detailed rubric consistently

## Requirements
- 3-5+ years in professional interviewing, intelligence elicitation or investigative questioning (e.g. military HUMINT, law-enforcement interviewing, negotiation)
- Training in methods such as the PEACE model or cognitive interviewing
- Skill in interpreting paralinguistic and nonverbal cues
- Exceptional, defensible written English
- Helpful: experience with interpreters, data annotation, AI evaluation or after-action reporting

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor pay is $30-$80/hour, with at least about 15 hours per week. Remote; US-based candidates are preferred (not stated as mandatory).
