## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging healthcare attorneys with BigLaw backgrounds for healthcare regulatory and compliance projects that train AI systems. No AI experience is required.

## What You'll Do
- Review and annotate legal documents on healthcare regulation.
- Analyze policies, statutes and regulations including HIPAA, Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Draft and refine contract language for U.S. healthcare compliance.
- Give detailed feedback on compliance issues and legal risks in scenarios.
- Provide expert commentary and discuss findings with project stakeholders.

## Requirements
- JD and active bar admission in the United States.
- Substantial healthcare law practice at a major U.S. firm or top healthcare-focused firm.
- Expertise in U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Ability to review, annotate and draft complex legal documents.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently remotely.

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role, remote, $140-$400 per hour. Screening asks for start time, expected rate, weekly availability and primary practice area.
