Micro1 is engaging Food Delivery AI Response Evaluators for a client project on improving AI-driven customer interactions in food delivery. Your real-world domain knowledge shapes how models learn; no prior AI experience is required.

## What You'll Do
- Assess AI responses on food delivery platforms for quality, relevance and accuracy
- Spot nuances in written and verbal communication so outputs match realistic customer service standards
- Review scenarios such as order inquiries, delivery status updates and issue resolution
- Flag incorrect, ambiguous or inappropriate responses with concise improvement suggestions
- Write example conversations reflecting authentic delivery customer interactions, and work with project leads on evaluation processes

## Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in food delivery, hospitality, customer service or related sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Experience evaluating communications or giving feedback in service environments
- Able to work independently within project guidelines; familiarity with delivery apps or AI tools is a plus
- Adaptable to shifting priorities

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role paid $10-$30 per hour. Fully remote; no location restriction is stated. Selection: apply and answer the screening questions, then a role-specific AI interview where required, a profile review and onboarding with the Talent Ops team.
