## What You'll Do
- Write original, challenging question-and-answer pairs across diverse subjects.
- Research each answer with source triangulation so it is accurate and documented.
- Build multi-step questions that need synthesis and analytical reasoning, not single lookups.
- Test questions against AI models and adjust difficulty based on the results.
- Document your process with citations and explanations, and revise after reviewer feedback.

## Requirements
- Strong independent research and critical evaluation of sources.
- Precise written English (fluent, not necessarily native).
- Self-direction and reliability in remote, independent work.
- Interest in AI; prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus but not required.
- Open to recent graduates, advanced-degree holders and people from any background with proven research and writing skills.

## Compensation & Logistics
