## About the Role
Micro1 is looking for native English speakers from Ireland, Australia and the United Kingdom to support an AI training project that evaluates English audio recordings. You will use your knowledge of natural speech, pronunciation and accents to judge audio quality and give accurate feedback.

## What You'll Do
- Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings
- Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the speaker's target accent or region
- Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone and natural speech patterns
- Identify inconsistencies or unnatural elements in spoken English
- Give clear, structured written feedback and follow project guidelines consistently

## Requirements
- Native-level English with strong knowledge of your own regional accent
- Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns
- Excellent listening and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear written English and comfort working independently and remotely
- Preferred: experience in voice coaching, voice-over or speech analysis; a background in music, audio engineering, linguistics, phonetics, language teaching or media; prior experience evaluating audio recordings
