Mercor is hiring teachers, trainers and instructional designers to test and rate AI assistants on realistic tasks from their own work. Remote, about 10 hours per week, $30/hr.

## About the Role
Mercor is looking for people to evaluate AI assistants on realistic education and training tasks. You give an assistant a task similar to one from your own work, carry it through several turns, and rate the result against a professional standard.

## What You'll Do
- Write short, realistic requests, the way a real user would type them
- Work through the task with the AI assistant over several turns: steer it, answer its questions and push back when it is wrong
- Rate the experience and the final deliverable, and write short notes on what went well or badly

## Requirements
- Teacher, professor, tutor, instructional designer, curriculum developer or L&D professional
- 3+ years of professional experience in teaching, instructional design or corporate training
- You use AI assistants at least occasionally
- You write clearly in English

## Compensation & Logistics
- $30/hour, about 10 hours per week, flexible schedule
- Remote
- Location limit: only open to candidates in countries where the AI assistant is available.
