Micro1 seeks licensed dentists (DDS/DMD) to review dental cases, imaging and digital workflows to train AI models. Remote, $80-$285/hr.

## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging dentists to contribute to a customer project at the intersection of clinical dentistry and digital innovation. You will apply your clinical knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required, although prior human data work is listed as required (see below).

## What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate dental cases, treatment plans and clinical workflows based on real-world experience
- Analyze dental radiographs, digital impressions, intraoral scans and other imaging outputs
- Evaluate workflows in practice management software, digital imaging tools, CAD/CAM systems and treatment planning platforms
- Identify inaccuracies and give clear, detailed feedback grounded in dental best practice
- Create and review realistic dental scenarios and annotate dental content to improve AI accuracy
- Document findings with clear written explanations and recommendations

## Requirements
- DDS, DMD or equivalent dental qualification with proven clinical experience and an active dental license
- Hands-on experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, 3Shape, CEREC or similar
- Strong understanding of practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM and treatment planning workflows
- Prior human data experience (data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI model evaluation or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and structured feedback

## Compensation & Logistics
- Contractor role, fully remote
- Pay: $80-$285 per hour as listed
