## About the Role
Micro1 is engaging cyber threat intelligence experts for a customer project evaluating and mapping advanced threat scenarios to train AI. No prior AI experience is needed.

## What You'll Do
- Map CTI cases to established taxonomies, especially in surveillance and privacy evaluation.
- Write boundary cases showing prohibited surveillance, attribution and intrusion-adjacent requests.
- Grade threat responses on source reliability, analytic reasoning, limitations and usefulness.
- Flag over-refusal where legitimate threat analysis is wrongly declined.
- Document nation-state and advanced-threat edge cases and give concise feedback.

## Requirements
- Substantial CTI experience, particularly where nation-state operations meet advanced threats.
- Ability to separate legitimate defensive analysis from offensive or surveillance requests.
- Background in attribution, APT tracking or adversary tactics.
- Clear structured English writing and verbal communication.
- Mentoring or leadership experience; AI evaluation or red-teaming experience is a plus.

## Compensation & Logistics
Contractor role, remote, $70-$110 per hour. Screening asks about start time, expected rate, weekly availability and nation-state CTI experience.
