Mercor is hiring fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologists to read de-identified studies and grade AI-drafted reads. Remote, US only (not California), $300/h.

## About the Role
Mercor is hiring fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologists (MDs and DOs) to help build rigorous evaluations of how well AI reads real imaging studies, in partnership with a leading AI lab. This is not image labeling: your clinical judgment becomes the reference standard used to train and test frontier AI models.

## What You'll Do
- Read de-identified screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound and breast MRI studies and record the reference finding or report.
- Apply the structured systems and measurement conventions you use in practice, such as BI-RADS.
- Review AI-drafted reads and flag anything inaccurate, unsupported or unsafe.
- Write structured rationales covering clinical rigor, completeness and clarity.

## Requirements
- MD or DO from a US medical school.
- Board certified in ABR Diagnostic Radiology (ABMS member board or AOA).
- Completed a breast imaging or women's imaging fellowship.
- Active, unrestricted US medical licence.
- Currently reading breast imaging in the US, with 5+ years of independent practice after training.
- Resident in the US, outside California.
- Clear written communication and close attention to detail.

## Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $300/h, remote with flexible part-time hours (about 20 hours per week).
- Start date: immediate.
- US only: you must live in the United States, outside California.
- Process: upload your resume, complete a 25-minute conversational interview, then credential verification (licence, certification, training, current practice).
