Refund policy

CV Rebuild is a one-time digital service. You get a full refund within 14 days of paying if your CV Rebuild is not delivered, or if it does not match what we describe on the offer.

We do not refund because you did not get a job or an interview. We never promise either, and nobody can.

If a rebuild fails on our side, we tell you and either redo the work or handle the refund with you. There are no automatic refunds: a person looks at every request.

To ask for a refund, write to info@sojistudio.com from the email you used to buy. We answer within 2 working days.

By ticking the box at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the legal 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery starts. This does not remove the refund policy above.
